Welcome to Mindbalance

Hello my name is Lindsay Rogers and I am an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Stress Management Consultant. I am the founder of Mindbalance which provides both Clinical Hypnotherapy and Stress Management services.

I offer a caring professional service to my clients by being committed to providing high standards of care. I use effective proven therapies and techniques to enable me to help my clients to overcome their specific problems and reach the desired outcomes as efficiently as possible. I belong to several different regulatory organisations which set standards to protect the public, and I will only take clients on if I genuinely think my skills and therapies could be of benefit to them.

My individual clients are seen at my lovely therapy room in Corsham. I also offer workshops in stress awareness and resilience training as well as stress management services to businesses and the healthcare professions.

Within Clinical Hypnotherapy I use a personalised combination of different interventions and therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) within hypnosis to best suit the needs of each individual client. Relaxation methods and Stress Management techniques can also be included where appropriate.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural and effective therapy which can help with many different types of problem. It encourages people to make the positive changes that are needed to either overcome the particular issue or manage the situation better so they can feel happier and more fulfilled.

Having therapy is a very personal experience and so it is important that a client feels comfortable with the therapist and their methods. I therefore encourage my clients to meet me first for a brief appointment or to have a chat over the phone prior to starting therapy.

Special Interests

I have a special interest in helping clients with confidence building, boosting self esteem, overcoming anxiety (including fears and phobias), improving low mood together with promoting a healthy life balance and emotional wellbeing.

Within stress management my particular interest lies in helping people manage pressure more effectively by building their resilience.
