Courses for Stress Management to promote Emotional Wellbeing (Group Sessions)
These courses are restricted to between 4- 8 people per group. The course explains;

  • How to recognise Stress and Burnout and its possible health implications long term
  • Techniques to help reduce your stress levels
  • Helpful thinking to reduce your stress levels
  • Effective Time Management Skills

The format of the course is a combination of an informal power point presentation followed by interactive practical exercises.  These are held over a four week period, one evening per week.
